Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman, an American gymnast is a former member of both the Fierce 5 2012 and Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. Aly Raisman is a gymnast from the United USA who took gold in the 2012 Olympics. In 2012, she became the very first American athlete to win the most medals in the Olympics. She won the gold in the team event at the 2016 Olympics, which also made her and Gabby Douglas first Americans to have back-to-back golds. She also won two silver medals, one for the floor and for the individual all-around. Three years had passed between her last appearance in gymnastics competitions. Also, she was a member of the gold medal winning American team at the two World Championships. Her favorite event is the flooring exercise. She started learning gymnastics at the age of two years young. Aly is an active member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation to honor her mother, who died from cancer. In the future, she is planning to create a profession from fashion. Aly would like to expand her line of leotards and her socks. She's writing a book titled Fierce which will come out in the coming months.
